We offer a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if there is an issue with your order. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us, while also ensuring that we maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Each product goes through a detailed inspection process before it leaves our workshop to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of this hands-on approach, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every candle we create.

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with your candle’s performance, we are here to help. In order to review your request, we ask that you provide clear photos that show the problem you are experiencing. This helps us better understand the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

If, after reviewing the images, we find that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send you a replacement candle at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and that you can enjoy your candle as intended.

For customers within the European Union, there is an additional policy to note. If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification. To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.
